Workplace Strategist Certification Examination is the final step for professionals who want to demonstrate that they can apply workplace strategy in practice at a high professional level.
This certification is designed for participants who have already completed both diploma programmes and are now ready to validate their competence through reflective, applied written responses. The examination gives you the opportunity to show that you can reason across strategy development, implementation, and follow-up using the Workplace Adequacy™ Framework as your foundation.
The certification consists of 10 written examination assignments, followed by a personal review meeting with Dr. Aram Seddigh. Together, these steps create a rigorous yet supportive process that helps you articulate your thinking, demonstrate professional judgement, and deepen your understanding even further. Upon successful completion, you will receive the official Workplace Strategist Certification — formal recognition that you not only understand workplace strategy, but can apply it with structure, reflection, and credibility.

The examination is taken online, in your own time, and there is no fixed start date.
Two digital check-ins are offered alongside it: at the start, to get going, and towards the end, as you complete your assignments. Sessions are announced in advance and you book the ones that suit you. Separately, and included in the examination itself, you have a personal review meeting with Dr Aram Seddigh once your assignments are in.
They run as a small group, or one to one if you are the only participant booked for that slot.
The two check-ins are there to be used rather than required – you can sit the examination without them. The review meeting is part of the examination.
