About us

Every organisation deserves a workplace strategy that truly works. With the right tools and knowledge, you can be the one to make that difference.

Build your expertise – shape workplaces that make a difference

WorkplaceStrategist.eu is an international learning platform created by WeOffice.eu, a Swedish consultancy specialising in workplace development since 2012.  Our mission is to make high-quality workplace strategy knowledge accessible to professionals worldwide.

At the core of our courses lies the Workplace Adequacy™ Framework, developed by Dr. Aram Seddigh – licensed psychologist, economist, and PhD in Work and Organisational Psychology.

This framework brings together research-based insights and practical tools to help organisations design workplaces that truly support performance, health, and long-term adaptability. On this platform, you can start with the Workplace Strategist Diploma, where you’ll gain a solid foundation in workplace strategy, methods, and tools. You can then deepen your expertise through advanced modules in implementation and follow-up, and finally take the step to become a Certified Workplace Strategist. Our learning experience is interactive and engaging, supported by AI-generated avatars that present the material. The content itself, however, is fully developed by experts and based on extensive research and hands-on practice.

Whether you are an architect, HR or change manager, facility manager, consultant, or workplace professional, our courses are designed to help you strengthen your role in shaping the workplaces of the future.

Workplace strategy is not just about spaces – it’s about enabling people and organisations to thrive. Our courses give you the expertise to turn strategy into action and ensure long-term impact. Start your journey today and become a driving force in the future of work.
